Senator Edward M. Kennedy is dead - Local News Updates - The Boston Globe

He never represented the 8th like his brother and grandfather but he served the whole country. Let's work on getting health care for all in his memory.

John Who?

Was it just me or did other people have that reaction upon hearing about John Hughes' recent death? At first my brain went to the guy who directed Polyester and other movies with Divine - er, not that's John Waters and he's still kicking. Next was John Holmes - nope he was a porn star who died already. Ohhh - John Hughes 80's brat pack guy. Not my generation!
