I had a Flickr account before starting 23 things and had joined some groups as well as started one. I started a 2nd group with photos of events at our branch and invited the staff to join Flickr and view the photos.
Then I started to go a little overboard with Flickr. I posted photos for my blog header and profile (no, that's not me) and creating a Flickr badge for the sidebar. These were pretty easy to do and I learned a lot about both Flickr & Blogger.
